Our SMT has always been supportive to the ladies soccer in the sense that they are behind the formation of the team. Our school spent some years with no such a team however since their inception, the team is still enjoying the support. The team is given enough time to practice.
 
We do have a woman coach however she is working co-operatively with a gentleman coach, given time she will get used to some training techniques utilized in ladies soccer.
 

The school is indeed providing continuous practices, pragmatic exercises to the ladies soccer. We have one sport field however ladies training session take the precedence. Ladies soccer is viewed in our school as a process not once off event.
 
One will elaborate that the rural areas do not see a woman playing soccer. This myth is well vested in the community. As a result the kind of ladies soccer played in our school is gradually improving and the community has started to positively respond to ladies soccer.
